Cancellation and refund policy

The cancellation of a service must be done within the established terms.
 You will always receive an email with terms and conditions.
For some services, a penalty of 10 or 20% of the total may be required. 
For shared tours where a minimum number of participants is required you will have time to cancel your order by the date on which the system generates the payment (48 hours before, except for some specified services)
 NO SHOW at the meeting point does not give the right to any refund.

(if you are a few minutes late, we recommend that you contact us so you don’t miss the excursion).

In case of cancellation of the excursion by the organizing company, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of the entire amount.
